Job Description:

• As a Packaging Engineer, you will be responsible for executing assigned engineering tasks including compliance, driving lean initiatives and achieving set metrics. The individual will demonstrate good judgment in selecting engineering methods and techniques for obtaining solutions, network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways, seek out improvement opportunities aligned with business objectives, and lead functional/franchise projects independently. This position will help maximize the amount of patients served while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.
   

Qualification::

• Experience with using AdminStudio or InstallShield for packaging.
• Must have packaged applications for Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 operating systems (OS) platforms. Fluent at scripting using PowerShell.
• Must be able to troubleshoot packaging problems.
• Must understand MSI packaging best practices and standards.
• Must have an understanding of software deployment leveraging Microsoft System Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Expertise in virtualizing applications through sequencing is desired, but not required.
• Expertise in creating application shims is desired, but not required.
• Strong working knowledge of application packaging and deployment using programs and advertisements.
• Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level
• Solid understanding of standard client/server and networking fundamentals.
