Better Appliance is hiring Appliance Sales Specialists in Fredericksburg, VA. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and provide excellent service while helping customers find high-quality appliances at competitive prices. In this role, you will assist customers with selecting appliances, post and manage Facebook Marketplace ads training will be provided, and close sales while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably in retail or appliances. Strong communication skills are required, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Comfort with using Facebook Marketplace and other digital sales tools is also necessary.
