Job Description:

This job position provides engineering support for the installation and qualification of wafer growth and processing equipment, as well as the development of process procedures of those tools.

Qualification::

• Installation, operation, and maintenance of semiconductor fabrication equipment is a must.

• Installation, operation, and maintenance of epitaxial equipment (MOCVD and MBE) are important.

• Detailed knowledge of semiconductor wafer fabrication tools and techniques.

• Working experience of toxic gas control and other life-saving devices

• Working in a cleanroom setting is a plus.

• Maintenance familiarity with semiconductor facility facilities.
