Job Description:

Solve big problems to improve participant outcomes including building customized interventions, making data actionable for users, and scaling the system

Collaborate with fellow engineers and designers building user-facing features to decide how APIs and integrated libraries should work

Participate in peer code reviews through pull requests to make sure we're moving fast while also maintaining quality codebases

Build, maintain, and execute on a technical road-map vision. Drive architectural direction, with a secure, scalable platform. Set up and execute processes for paying down technical debt.

Ensure new functionality is built with effective and scalable technologies, knowing when to diversify and leverage existing tech

Utilize a central role of data in the product life cycle allowing it to drive and enroll innovation strategy to inform decisions.

Perform as a trusted contributor requiring little to no supervision and demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines, exceed goals, and create benchmarks for success

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures.

Ability to write and effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customer’s managers, and the general public

Design, code, test and debug new product enhancements for commercial software product(s) Assist team members in assessing global vendors to ensure cost, quality, delivery, technical, and service capabilities to meet the company's requirements

Work with the full Microsoft technology stack, including .NET/C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET, MVC and Web API

Maintains customer confidence and protects organization reputation by keeping customer account and company information private.

Collaborate with developers and QA leads to improve testability, automation, and tools

A product mindset and a willingness to ask questions in order to improve the product, not only in its technical implementation but also in how well it’s serving the needs of our customer here
