• We are actively looking for a Help Desk Engineers to join the team. This position offers the chance to work on cutting-edge projects with some wonderful and knowledgeable professionals. Your role will include resolving computer-related issues, in a courteous and tactful manner, for diverse clients.

• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Clear and concise writing.
• Certifications a plus.
• Ability to work independently, remotely or as a team member.
• Participate in the company s on call rotation.
• Proficient with Microsoft based Office Suite.
• Knowledgeable with Cloud Platforms and Solutions -Office365,Azure and AWS.
• Knowledgeable with Active Directory.
• At least a year of Help Desk Support experience is preferred.
