Mechanical Engineer for International OPT Students

Job Description:

Proficiency with CAD modelling tools, particularly Solid Works, PTC CREO or other CAD software 

-Familiarity with structural and thermal analysis software and tools 

-Strong team player 

-Work history that includes hands-on systems integration and strong desire to build things 

-Experience in the mechanical design and fabrication for complex imaging and/or RF systems, thermal systems (i.e. heat exchangers, coolant arrays) and mechanisms (i.e. gimbals, shutters, latches), especially for a variety of platforms (ground vehicles, aircraft, ships, spacecrafts, etc.) are highly desirable. 

-Must be able to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment to develop complex systems, plan and conduct field integration and testing, and demonstrate good written and oral communication skills. 

Qualification::

Must have extensive experience in designing complex mechanical assemblies with an expert understanding of mechanical design, system layouts, power analysis, thermal dissipation 


* Must have experience speaking and influencing at an executive level. 


* Must possess strong communication skills (written and oral) with other company team members and the customer as required. 


* Must have extensive experience with CAD systems (be able to generate complex 3D designs)
