This position will be heavily focused on the review of existing designs to maintain overall requirements and function; identify possible issues and promote solutions through custom design. The Mechanical Engineer will be an integral player in the design concept of subsystem interfaces and design solutions.

The Process Engineer will develop and lead process design or improvement initiatives within fast-paced environments, utilizing process expertise for multiple business groups and providing analysis.

As a member of the engineering team, you will work on factory capacity planning, cycle time analysis, cost savings projects, equipment optimization, and productivity improvements. You will analyze ways to balance equipment utilization, meet production demand and capital spending targets. This position requires an individual with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
