Our client in the Sterling Heights, MI area, is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to concept, design, develop and release system, subsystem component, to include component mounting brackets or provisions for various vehicle systems.

This position will be heavily focused on the review of existing designs to maintain overall requirements and function; identify possible issues and promote solutions through custom design. The Mechanical Engineer will be an integral player in the design concept of subsystem interfaces and design solutions.

Ability to specify equipment such as blowers, mechanical pumps, valves, tanks, instrumentation, and piping.

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the detailed mechanical design activities throughout the Product Development life-cycle.

PCB and FPC design experience- including the ECAD exchange process.
