This resource will assist the State in building and documenting financial processes to support federal financial reporting and requests, reconciliation of funding requests, and monitoring the ongoing expenditures against approved funding.

The Data Analyst will also research issues and data discrepancies and facilitate process changes to ensure data integrity and quality. The ideal candidate, will, as needed, possess the ability to effectively work on data and reporting projects end-to-end, including requirements identification, timeline/milestone establishment, inter-departmental coordination and risk assessment/monitoring.

The Java Developer works under minimal supervision to design, test, and implement Java-based web applications, using industry standard software development practices, techniques, tools, and frameworks. The Process Engineer will develop and lead process design or improvement initiatives within fast-paced environments, utilizing process expertise for multiple business groups and providing analysis.

Design, develop, test, document and maintain web applications using PHP and/or VBScript, HTML coding, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. Write SQL queries and use database tools such as MySQL. Build, develop and debug windows and web applications using IDE such as Eclipse or Visual Studio.
